1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LiftHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.
2. Use of the Application
LiftHub is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.
4. Health & Safety Disclaimer
LiftHub is a workout tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or other damages arising from your use of the app.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LiftHub are owned by us and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content or data you enter into LiftHub. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the service.
7. User-Generated Content & Community Guidelines
LiftHub includes optional social features such as groups and chat. By using these features, you agree not to post:
Illegal, harmful, or threatening content;Abusive, harassing, or hateful material;Discriminatory, defamatory, or sexually explicit material;Violent or otherwise inappropriate content;Private or personal information of others;Spam or impersonations.We reserve the right to remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. Users may report inappropriate content through in-app tools or by emailing us. Reported content may be reviewed by human moderators.8. Visibility of Your Information to Others
When participating in groups or chat, other users within the same group may see your display name, your optional profile picture, and messages and content you post within that group. No other personal information is visible to other users. You can leave groups or adjust your privacy settings at any time to control your visibility.
9. Age Requirements
LiftHub is intended for users aged 13 and older. We use an age check before account creation to prevent users under 13 from accessing features that collect personal data. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftHub and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Third-Party Services
LiftHub uses third-party providers for authentication, database hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and subscriptions. Your use of LiftHub is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services. However, we cannot guarantee their security or practices. 12. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of LiftHub after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your behaviour harms other users or the platform. When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before termination. However, we may terminate immediately in cases involving serious violations such as fraud, harassment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use LiftHub ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.

Moderation & Safety
User-generated content may be reviewed using automated tools or human moderators. We may remove content or restrict accounts to maintain a safe environment. Content may be reviewed when it is reported by other users, appears to violate our Terms, or when safety/fraud concerns are detected.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to operate LiftHub or comply with legal requirements. User-generated content is retained only as long as needed for social features. You may request deletion of your data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
6.1 Data Deletion
Types of Data We Collect:
- Account Data: Email address, name, optional profile picture, birth year (stored locally only)
- Workout Data: Training sessions, exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest times, body weight measurements
- Equipment & Programs: Custom equipment, workout programs, program details
- Social Data: Groups, group memberships, messages, kudos, follows, community programs
- Dashboard Metrics: Custom dashboard configurations
- Device & Analytics: Crash logs, device type, app usage statistics
How to Delete Your Data:In-App Deletion (Recommended):
1. Delete Specific Data: You can delete individual workouts, measurements, equipment, or programs directly within the app
2. Delete All Local Data: Go to Settings → "Reset Everything" to clear all local data from your device
Email Deletion Request:
If you prefer, you can request data deletion by emailing [email protected] with "Data Subject Request - Deletion" in the subject line. Include your email address and specify what data you want deleted (specific data types or
complete account deletion).
Deletion Timeframe:
- In-app deletions are immediate and permanent
- Email requests are processed within 30 days or as required by applicable law
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., fraud prevention, legal obligations) for up to 90 days after deletion request
What Happens When You Delete:
- Your account and profile are permanently removed
- All workout history, exercises, and progress data are deleted
- Social content (messages, group memberships, posts) is removed
- Custom programs and equipment are deleted
- You will no longer receive notifications
- Deletion is irreversible - data cannot be recovered
Data Not Deleted Immediately:
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you personally
- Backup copies (automatically deleted within 90 days)
- Data required for legal compliance or fraud prevention (retained as legally required)
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to:

8. Children’s Privacy
LiftHub is not intended for children under 13. We use an age check before account creation to prevent under-13 users from accessing features that collect personal information. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that a child has created an account, we will delete the data and take appropriate action. We do not require more personal information than is reasonably necessary to use the app.
9. Cookies & TrackingOn the Website: Browser cookies may be used for analytics and functionality. You may disable cookies through your browser settings.In the Mobile App: Analytics and crash reporting tools may collect technical data such as device type, performance information, and usage patterns. You may limit ad tracking through your device’s privacy settings. Third-party tools are governed by their own privacy policies.10. Regional Privacy Compliance
Where applicable, we comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), PDPA (Singapore), and other regional privacy laws.

If LiftHub is downloaded through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use is also governed by the store’s terms. Where conflicts exist, the app store’s terms apply regarding distribution and download. However, these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy govern your use of the LiftHub service.
